El Shaddai gets April 28 Japanese release date

Ignition’s announced overnight that El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron will release on April 28 in Japan.

The PS3 and 360 action game is inspired by the Old Testament and the Book of Enoch, with battles between Heaven and Earth being a point of focus.

Harry Potter actor Jason Issacs will form part of the game’s voice cast.

Ignition’s still only confirmed just a 2011 release date for Europe and the US so far.
